how to use:

1) open option file [ EDIT.bin ]
   location: ..\Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\save\
2) do some changes
3) save OF

hints:

issues with FM converter
   1) enable "Use integer instead float..." option in tab "Settings"
   2) click "Save" button
   3) restart editor
